Kleen Tank of Northern Alabama is just one of a family of Authorized Kleen Tank Dealers. Owned by Mark and Christy Olson, their “home” location is Huntsville, Alabama. In Alabama, we service the cities and communities of Birmingham, Smith Lake, Cullman, Anniston, Red Bay, Rogersville, Guntersville, Scottsboro, Ft Payne, Huntsville, and Muscle Shoals. In Tennessee, find us in Nashville, Tims Ford, Fayetteville, Columbia, Cornersville, Tullahoma, Manchester, Winchester, other middle Tennessee cities and communities.

While one of Kleen Tank’s “stationary” dealers, we also stay in RV parks, resorts, and campgrounds for anywhere from an overnight to extended periods of time, including months or even seasons. We also attend many RV club or organization rallies, RV shows, and other RV-related events.

We’re RV owners just like you! Currently, we travel full-time in our 2021 Grand Design Momentum 350G (so we know a lot of your frustrations!).

We were looking for a business we could incorporate our passion of RVing and traveling. We researched many opportunities and found Kleen Tank was the perfect option for us. We are very meticulous when it comes to RV maintenance and enjoy meeting like-minded people. We reached out to founders, Jim and Debbie Tome, and spoke with several dealers before making the move to join this awesome team and network.

Our most memorable experience was helping a customer with a clogged holding tank. The customer was in a panic as they couldn’t find anyone that would help them. We talked on the phone and ensured them we would take care of the issue. We drove three hours to get to their campsite, spent eight hours clearing the clog and teaching them proper care and maintenance. The customer was so impressed and couldn’t thank us enough. They continue to stay in contact, asking questions to ensure it doesn’t happen again. One more customer that is now like family.

Since we have become a Kleen Tank dealer, we have enjoyed going to campgrounds, meeting other RVers, and teaching them about care and maintenance of their holding tanks. It is such a pleasure working with the Kleen Tank family of dealers, whether it’s asking questions, spending time socializing or working together. We continue to make lifelong friendships with customers during our travels that we cherish.

The simple fact is that RVers are some of the nicest and kindest people you will ever meet. We always enjoy our visits (during cleanings) explaining our practices and procedures, answering any questions they may have during the process and educating them. We get enjoyment and take great pride in educating RVers, so they have the tools they need to be successful in keeping their tanks clean and in good working order. Our customers are extremely thankful and will only use Kleen Tank for their future cleanings. Furthermore, we get to know our customers on a personal basis which really turn into friendships.
